Scoff if you must, but no other woman dominated ’90s pop in Canada like Celine Dion. This album didn’t just win Grammys and Junos and World Music awards — it was the soundtrack to every dorm room seduction, marriage proposal, wedding celebration and conception (accidental or planned) from 1996–1997.
