In a lot of ways, this is the ultimate 1995 album. After the Maritimes had produced Sloan and Eric's Trip, the Super Friendz came along with their melody-driven power pop full of mid-’90s noise, mistakes and sentiment. (e.g. "Rescue Us from Boredom"). The songs of Matt Murphy, Charles Austin and Drew Yamada were re-arranged around new drummer Dave Marsh's playing and recorded over two weeks in a noisy Halifax house.
